DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery is free to local customers in Wimbledon/Raynes Park. Delivery to other parts of the UK costs £1.50.

HOW SHOULD YOU LOOK AFTER YOUR CANDLE?

1. Keep out of the reach of children

2. Never leave the candle unattended 

3. Do not leave near objects that could ignite on a naked flame

4. Do not burn the candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time

5. Keep the wick trimmed to 5mm (if the flame looks too large trim the wick)

6. On the first melt let an even pool of wax melt across the top of the candle

WHICH CHARITIES DO WE SUPPORT?

Every month we give 10% of profits to charity. We change the charity every month. For more information on which charities we support please visit our Instagram page.

WHAT MATERIALS DO WE USE?

We use soy and coconut natural wax combined with a variety of luxury scents. Please contact us for more details on individual ingredients or read the safety label on the bottom of the candle for ingredients. If you have any allergies please ensure you read the safety label.

RECYCLING AND 10% OFF

For local returning customers if you want to buy another candle keep your old jars and I can collect them, recycle them and you will receive 10% off your next candle. 

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO WE ACCEPT?

We accept Paypal payments and card payments. Contact us on wappingwicks@gmail.com for alternative payment methods. 

DO WE OFFER GIFT CARDS?

No not yet I’m afraid.

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 2 month refund or exchange policy. Please contact us if you are unhappy with your candle.
